Karen Swartz Harris is the creative force behind the –ize on design brand.

With a degree in Architecture and a successful career in contract interiors, Karen exhibits a unique style influenced by her love of modernism and 20th century art, architecture & design. Her signature silhouettes and motifs are derived from her original freehand ink drawings and are translated to two-dimensional surface design and three-dimensional objects.

Karen is effective at bringing together her passion for architecture, graphic design, illustration, and interior and product design in a way that is relevant, unique, modern and fresh; and unites her graphic styling with lifestyle products from modern gift items to fashion and home furnishings.
